When you submit our contact form we collect your first and last name, company name, email address, subject, message, and your phone number if you choose to provide one.

When you apply for a role through our careers page we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, and the resume and cover letter documents you upload. We accept PDF, DOC and DOCX files up to 15 MB.

If you start a conversation with the chat assistant embedded on this site, the content of that conversation is processed to answer your query.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this site. It sets cookies and records information such as pages viewed, approximate location, referring site, and browser and device characteristics.

We record the IP address of form submissions and use it to rate-limit requests. This is a security measure that keeps our forms from being used to send bulk mail.

Your light or dark theme preference is stored in your own browser. It never reaches our servers.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not run advertising or cross-site tracking on this website.

Our email provider, which delivers form submissions to our team as notification messages.

These providers act on our instructions for the purposes described here. We do not authorise them to use your information for their own unrelated purposes.

If our business or part of it is transferred to another entity, information held about you may transfer with it, subject to this policy.

Submissions are stored in our content management database and, for uploaded documents, in cloud object storage. Some of the providers named above operate infrastructure outside India, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live.

This site is served over HTTPS, administrative access to submissions is restricted to authorised Pfactorial accounts, and uploaded files are restricted by type and size.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep enquiry and application records for as long as needed for the purpose they were collected for, and afterwards only where we need to for legal or record-keeping reasons.

You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to erase it.

You may withdraw a consent you previously gave, and you may object to how we are using your information.

To make any of these requests, write to us at info@pfactorial.ai. We may need to verify your identity before we act on a request.

The cookies on this site come from Google Analytics and from the third-party services named above. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings, and blocking analytics cookies does not stop you using this site.

This website is intended for businesses and for professional visitors. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
